For me the medium strength cartridges that came bundled with the starter pack were not quite strong enough to do the trick. Luckily however Forever Smokes have a real full flavor strength cartridge that at 24mg of nicotine will please even the most demanding of heavy smokers. As soon as I received my next order for these full flavor refills it was much easier for my system to accept the electronic cigarette as a cigarette surrogate and I’ve managed to greatly cut my smoking down thanks to it. I’m not quite there yet and of course other people may find it much easier to make the complete switch but I have to say that I’m already feeling the benefits of smoking less and it feels great. Thanks to Forever Smokes I feel I’ve been given a new lease on life.”
